Roof Replacement – Birch Ave, Tauranga

This re-roof project involved working within a busy industrial neighbourhood and managing multiple stakeholders.

The building itself was operational so good communication with the company’s supervision was needed to facilitate their work schedule and to isolate areas while we worked overhead.

With a reasonably tight site and busy neighbours we opted to complete very early crane up and downs to ensure minimal disruption.
Alongside the re-roofing we removed the internal gutter system and installed new 175 x 175mm box gutter to handle the rainfall on the exterior of the building. We worked in with our preferred supplier to facilitate the removal, reinstatement and servicing of the HVAC units to enable us to complete the re-roofing works.

This was a relatively straight-forward project however adding the re-spouting and HVAC works means the roof should be worry free for the foreseeable future.
